Carrie (1976) | FULL LENGTH | MOVIE REACTION

Also do Creepshow 1, Father of the Bride 1991 My Girl

would love if you guys watched christine, and (although it's fucked up) cujo

You should watch the Stephen King adaptation of "The Dead Zone (1983)" Director by David Cronenberg. And King's "Silver Bullet (1985)" all his movies are great.

SO glad you guys reacted to this one! LOVE me some Sissy Spacek... Honestly she's such an incredible actress. An American Treasure, IMO... lol. If you guys liked her in this, try checking out the Loretta Lynn biopic, "Coal Miner's Daughter" starring Sissy Spacek... You guys will NOT regret it. She portrays (and sings as) Loretta Lynn. My fav Sissy Spacek movie tbh. 💖💖💖

Coming around to this reaction late (great, by the way!), but there's a neat bit of trivia about this one. The curly-haired nice girl Sue and Sue's mother were played by actresses who were actually mother and daughter in real life. The final scene where Sue is having a hysterical breakdown in bed shows genuine emotion from her mom, since Sue's acting in that scene was way more intense than she expected. She even called her daughter by her real name instead of the character's name. Fortunately, the music is loud enough that you can't hear that little mistake.

This was my first time watching a full length reaction, and my first time seeing "Carrie" since early 2004, almost 20 years ago. I rented it in Spring 2004 because I was a nerd in school and got elected as one of the main "Kings" of Winter Formal in Freshman year of High School sort of as a joke. One of the bullies teased that I would have pig's blood spilled on me. I came home from the event and watched this movie. (Btw, this really happened, no joke)

Was my suggestion. Great reaction and sorry for Hannah stressing out the whole movie hahah

"fucking mario's here" LMAO

The 2013 one is so much better. I hate the camera work and the effects in this one. Sissy Spacek did an awesome job in this one, though. Her eyes are amazing.

Another must see Stephen King movie is Dolores Claiborne. King was so impressed by Kathy Bates performamce in Misery that he wanted her to play the leading role in Dolores Claiborne again.

Can't wait to watch after work. Haven't seen this one in a long time! Also, I'm so excited you guys are doing The Ring. I can't wait for it!!!!!

The remake in 2013 starring Chloe Grace Mortez is good too. 🙂

Scarface and Carlito's Way are De Palma's best flicks, IMO.

Great movie, Literally stalking for sin city
