Custom ingredients are OPTIONAL. You don't need to download custom ingredients in order to make the recipes.
Found in Misc Appliances or you can download the 10/20 updated version of the custom register and find them under these categories:

i cant find the chicken either, or do i have to build a grocery store to purchase chicken?

Hi, I don't know if anyone else is still having the issue but, I've updated everything and the Rotisserie Chicken is still not showing up in game.

yup it is! It's under Meats if you click on the updated register or if you look through build buy, it's in Appliances Misc
