⭐ Full integration of the RFP PRO mod
📸 Player Minifaces
In earlier versions of the mod, minifaces were available for about 45% of players.
In EUROPEAN MOD v4, we significantly expanded the database and created minifaces for almost every footballer.
Coverage now reaches around 99% of all players in the mod. All minifaces are made in high quality: photos were taken from the 2025/26 season, primarily from official club or league sources. In rare cases, images were taken from players’ social media.
Low-quality images from Transfermarkt were completely ignored. All photos follow the FC26 quality standards.
👔 Managers
We have significantly improved the manager database in the game.
📸 For 105 teams in the mod that previously had no manager photos, new photos have now been added.
In addition, more than 300 new manager photos have been added across the entire game for coaches who previously had none.
We have also licensed all managers, meaning that all 925 teams in the game now have real managers with:
first name
last name
nationality
All data is accurate as of March 16, 2026.
This means that every league in the game now features a complete list of real managers. For example, where previously some leagues showed only one manager (such as Vincent Kompany in the Bundesliga or Luis Enrique in France), now all real managers are represented.
We will continue adding more manager photos in future updates to further expand coverage for all clubs. At this point, 300+ new manager photos have already been added to the game.
🧑🎨 Player Appearance Update
Players
We have significantly improved the visual appearance of the players included in the mod.
For all players from the European leagues in the mod (3,062 footballers), faces were manually selected to match their minifaces as closely as possible. Previously, such faces were configured for roughly 45% of players, but this coverage has now reached around 99%.
In rare cases, small inaccuracies may still occur. However, overall the result is much more realistic and higher quality. Now almost every footballer in the mod visually resembles their real-life counterpart as closely as possible within the limits of the game’s regen face system.
🧑🎨Managers
A similar process was carried out for 106 new managers added to the mod — each of them was assigned an appearance based on the photos added to the game.
As a result, almost every player and manager in the mod now visually resembles their real-life counterpart as closely as the game's regen face system allows.
This was an extremely labor-intensive process, requiring manual updates to the appearances of thousands of players and managers.
🧭 Improved Player and Manager Selection Menus
The player and manager selection menus have been significantly improved. Previously, only 9 photos were displayed at a time, requiring constant scrolling through the list. Now 16 photos are visible on the screen, making navigation much faster and more convenient.
The gender league switch button has also been removed, as all women’s leagues and teams have been completely removed from the mod.
📊 New Standings Menu
Since the mod focuses on a large number of European leagues, league tables are used very frequently. In the original game, opening the standings displayed only 6–7 teams, even though there was still plenty of unused space on the screen.
For this reason, FIFAMAN completely redesigned this menu. The table layout has been expanded, and team names were adjusted to be more compact and easier to read.
Now the league standings display 13–14 teams at once, while tournament menus show up to 9 matchups, making the interface much more convenient and practical.
🌍 Expanded Name and Surname Database — EUROPEAN MOD v4
The database of names and surnames for countries around the world has been significantly expanded.
In total, 2,665 new names and surnames have been added to the game, greatly increasing the diversity of generated characters.
In the original game, many countries had a very limited pool of names — and especially surnames — which often caused the same combinations to appear repeatedly in Career Mode. We analyzed the countries where this issue was most noticeable and significantly expanded their databases with realistic names and surnames typical for each region.
This change affects several Career Mode systems:
🔎 Players discovered through the scouting network
🔄 Regenerated players (regens) from different countries
🧭 Names and surnames of the scouts themselves
It is important to note that in some countries the original game contained around 100 first names but only 25–30 surnames. In such cases, we primarily expanded the surname lists to reduce repetition and make character generation more natural.
As a result, the Career Mode world has become significantly more diverse and realistic, especially when performing global scouting.
Below is a table showing how many names and surnames existed in the original game and how many were added in EUROPEAN MOD v4.
⚙️ Team Transformation
All added European leagues have received significant improvements:
🇨🇿 Czech Republic
🇬🇷 Greece
🇭🇷 Croatia
🇷🇸 Serbia
🇨🇾 Cyprus
🇺🇦 Ukraine
🇭🇺 Hungary
🇸🇮 Slovenia
🇦🇿 Azerbaijan
Club Foundations — Every team now has a realistic founding year, trophy history, and fan demographics, including skin tone and ethnicity based on the region.
Budgets — League and club finances have been adjusted to realistic levels, based on the strength of the league, the leading teams, and available financial data.
Board Expectations — Each club now has realistic board objectives. For example, Crvena Zvezda and Partizan are expected to compete for the Serbian league title, while smaller clubs such as FC Krasava in the Cypriot league will have more modest goals.
Youth Development — Youth academy expectations have also been adjusted. Clubs known for developing young talent will place greater emphasis on youth development in Career Mode.
👕 League Patches on Kits
Leagues that use official sleeve patches in real life now have them correctly represented in the game. Each patch is placed on the proper sleeve, just like with real clubs.
Patches also change depending on the competition — for example, when a club participates in the UEFA Champions League, the corresponding tournament patch will appear on the kit.
📢 Advertising Boards
Realistic sponsor advertising boards have been added to all leagues, based on the visual style used in the respective real-life competitions.
These boards appear in Career Mode and tournaments and automatically change depending on the competition the team is playing in — following the same principle as the kit sleeve patches.
💼 League Economy and Transfers
All added leagues now fully participate in the transfer market. Previously, clubs mostly sold players and relied on regenerated players, but now they actively buy footballers as well.
The game now also correctly evaluates the level of these leagues based on real-world data integrated into the mod. Player salaries, ticket revenue, travel expenses, club merchandise income, and many other economic parameters have been carefully adjusted.
As a result, these championships can now be considered fully licensed and fully functional leagues within the game.
For this reason, FIFAMAN recommends starting a serious Career Mode beginning with EUROPEAN MOD v4 and later versions.
🐞 Bug Fixes
Fixed a crash when entering the player editing menu
Fixed the Russian Cup bug — the tournament now includes all 118 Russian teams
Fixed a bug where some Russian leagues were missing teams in the second season
Fixed black mask issues affecting realistic faces of 11 RPL players
🏟 Realistic Stadium Names
Real stadium names have been added for all 925 teams in the game. A large amount of work was done to collect accurate information and integrate it into the game.
Realistic stadium capacities have also been assigned to each club, which directly affects matchday revenue in Career Mode. For example, Kifisias now has a capacity of 8,760, while Metalist 1925 Kharkiv has 40,000 seats.
These parameters have been configured for all teams in the mod to make the match atmosphere as realistic as possible.
⭐ FIFAMAN Career Realism Mod
FIFAMAN has developed a custom Career Realism Mod, which is now included with EUROPEAN MOD.
If you want to play with it, simply enable it in the Mod Manager.
If you prefer the standard Career Mode experience, the mod is disabled by default.
The mod works only in a new career save. No realism mod in the world can change a career that has already been started.
🔎 Scouting and Youth Talent Search
We have completely redesigned the scouting and youth discovery system. In the original game it often felt too simple and even “cheat-like”: for relatively small amounts of money you could quickly discover future superstars, sometimes on the very first attempt.
We decided to rethink this system and bring it closer to real-life football scouting.
Now you are not simply hiring a single scout. In practice, you are building an entire scouting team under his leadership, which travels to another country to search for talent. This is a serious investment that requires significant resources.
For example:
5★ scout — around €25 million
4★ scout — around €10 million
Our goal was to ensure that the strongest academies belong to the strongest clubs, just like in real football. That is why the cost of developing the scouting network has been significantly increased.
At the same time, we also considered smaller and mid-tier clubs, which cannot afford such expenses. More affordable options are available:
1★ scout — around €500k
2★ scout — around €1.25m
3★ scout — around €2m
This creates a more realistic balance: smaller clubs can still search for talent, but building a powerful academy now requires time and investment.
If you start a career with a smaller club, you will gradually develop your scouting network. It can be compared to building additional academy campuses for your club.
We also reconsidered the cost of scouting missions themselves. Now you will think carefully before sending a scout abroad.
Previously, you could send a scout to almost any country and nearly guarantee finding a talented player who could be sold for tens of millions after 2–3 seasons.
Now scouting has become a true investment:
you spend money, time, and resources, and the result is not always guaranteed.
In the past, youth scouting almost always produced profit and felt like an exploit. Now it is a high-risk project that can either bring enormous success or fail — just like in real football.
✅ The chance of finding Platinum talents (potential 85–91) has been significantly reduced. Discovering such players may now require 1–2 seasons and major investments, while other clubs are also searching for talent and may find them first.
✅ The scout pool refreshes every 30 days instead of 7
✅ 5★ scouts are available only for 5★ clubs
✅ Scout dismissal costs increased significantly (≈ ×10)
✅ Finding superstar prospects is much harder
✅ Chance to discover a top talent:
• 1–2★ scouts — ~1%
• 5★ scouts — ~3%
✅ Player search filters have become more demanding
✅ Youth academy age range expanded from 13 to 20 years
✅ Maximum academy size increased to 30 players
✅ Players can join the first team from age 15
✅ Minimum academy contract 1 year
✅ 12–14 year-old players can no longer have unrealistic high ratings (60+)
✅ Realistic probability of academy departures by age (16–21)
⭐ Talent Levels (Bronze / Silver / Gold / Platinum)
✅ Platinum talents are now extremely rare (0–1%)
✅ Gold talents appear less frequently (2–5%)
✅ Silver players appear moderately (8–30%)
✅ The majority of academy players are Bronze level
✅ However, discovered Gold and Platinum talents are significantly stronger
✅ Attribute growth from training is now slower and more realistic
✅ The “Excellent” training bonus has been reduced
✅ Difficult drills provide smaller additional bonuses
✅ Young players receive less development boost
✅ Total XP gain reduced by ~30%
✅ Player scouting report time significantly reduced — thanks to modern analytics and technology, evaluating a player can now take only a few days of observation
🔄 Transfer Market
We have significantly redesigned the transfer market and contract system. Player values, salary levels, and negotiation logic between clubs and players have been reworked. As a result, transfers now feel more realistic, and securing a favorable deal has become slightly more challenging.
In real football, a transfer is not just about numbers. Many factors influence a player’s decision: loyalty to the club, time spent in the team, contract conditions, and even the country where the player is currently playing.
These factors now play a much bigger role in Career Mode.
For example, players who have been at the same club for a long time (2–5 years) are now less likely to agree to a transfer. Loyal players and veterans are significantly harder to sign.
In addition, many talented players with high potential now more frequently have release clauses, making them more expensive and difficult to buy — especially for top clubs.
The negotiation system has also been reworked. Deals now feel more natural: clubs make counter-offers more often, negotiations may take longer, and players will not simply accept any conditions.
Overall, the transfer market now feels more dynamic and closer to real football, where every deal involves negotiations, compromises, and strategic decisions.
Key Changes
✅ The pricing system for young players with high potential has been completely reworked. Player value now depends not only on current rating but also strongly on potential, making promising talents much harder to sign.
✅ Loyal players are less likely to accept transfers
✅ Veterans and team captains are significantly harder to sign
✅ A long history with a club now strongly influences transfer decisions
✅ Players are more likely to stay in their home country
✅ Shared nationality with the club now has a stronger impact on transfer decisions
✅ Star players are harder to keep at clubs
✅ Mid-level players are more willing to renew contracts
✅ During negotiations, salaries can now be reduced by 10–20%
✅ Contract expiration reminders now appear 180 days before expiration instead of 90
✅ Age 38 is now considered the veteran threshold
✅ The final day of the transfer window now lasts 24 hours
✅ The number of free agents has been significantly reduced
✅ Top players rarely become free agents
✅ Clubs now renew contracts with strong players more often
✅ Loan deals are harder to negotiate
✅ Loaning clubs can now pay only 40% of the player’s salary (previously 50%)
✅ Loan recall periods increased to 12 or 21 days
Salaries and Contracts
✅ Salaries of star players (78+ OVR) increased by about 20–30%
✅ Salaries of superstars (86+ OVR) increased by about 50–55%
✅ Goalkeepers now earn salaries closer to outfield players
✅ Strikers generally earn slightly more than other positions
✅ Salaries in the Top 5 European leagues have been increased
✅ Saudi Arabian clubs offer significantly higher contracts, reflecting real-world football
✅ Salary caps for young players and veterans have been removed
Negotiation Logic
✅ Clubs now make counter-offers more often instead of immediately walking away from negotiations
✅ Players are more likely to accept offers with the same salary or a small increase (+10%)
✅ When rejecting an offer, players may now submit a counter-offer instead of ending negotiations completely
✅ Salary negotiations can be re-attempted the next day instead of waiting a week
✅ Buying clubs are less likely to immediately give in during negotiations
✅ Selling clubs more often maintain their initial asking price
✅ Players rarely agree to salary reductions
✅ AI negotiates more rationally and overpays less often
✅ Response times have been increased — clubs may take 2–5 days during the transfer window and 7–12 days outside the window
Additional Realism
✅ In Spain (La Liga and Segunda) release clauses appear more frequently — reflecting real-life rules
✅ Player swap deals occur less often
✅ Selling clubs more often demand a sell-on clause
✅ Young players aged 17–24 are more expensive (+20–45%)
✅ Players with high potential are valued significantly higher
✅ Veterans aged 31+ are noticeably cheaper
🎮 Match Simulation
We introduced several small but important improvements to the match simulation system for both AI vs AI matches and matches against the player. These adjustments aim to make match results, player statistics, and overall season outcomes more realistic.
Simulations now better account for player attributes, match situations, and the impact of key events during the game. This leads to more believable top scorer and assist leaderboards, while also making team behavior in simulated matches closer to what we see in real football.
Key Changes
✅ Shots on target now have more impact than possession
✅ Teams that create more chances are more likely to win
✅ Less “empty” possession without dangerous attacks
✅ Assists now influence player ratings as strongly as goals
✅ Red cards significantly reduce a player’s final rating
✅ Simulated matches can now have up to 12 cards per match
✅ Red cards occur more frequently
✅ Second yellow cards occur slightly more often
✅ AI teams now make double substitutions more often
✅ AI uses halftime substitutions more actively
✅ AI almost always substitutes tired players
✅ AI teams no longer receive hidden disadvantages against the player’s team
✅ Opponent sharpness and morale are balanced equally
✅ Matches now feel noticeably more competitive
👥 Players
Changes have also been made to the players themselves. These are not direct rating adjustments, but rather subtle internal parameters that become noticeable as your Career Mode progresses.
We reworked several internal mechanics affecting player development, form, age decline, and long-term behavior. These changes are not immediately obvious but become clear over multiple seasons.
⚽ Top Scorers and Assist Leaders
✅ Top scorers are now determined more by striker attributes (shooting, heading)
✅ Assist leaders are influenced by playmaker attributes (vision, short passing, crossing)
✅ Goal and assist leaderboards now look much more realistic
📉 Player Form
✅ Player form now reflects real performances more accurately
✅ Poor matches lead to faster drops in form
✅ Inconsistent performances have a stronger impact on player condition
✅ Removed the sudden attribute jumps between 70 and 71 OVR
✅ Player development between 55–70 OVR is faster
✅ Progression between 71–99 OVR is smoother and more gradual
✅ Overall attribute growth is now more stable and realistic
😤 Player Morale
✅ Bench players now react more strongly to lack of playing time
✅ Missing important matches can significantly reduce morale
✅ Players are more likely to demand regular playing time
🏥 Fitness and Injuries
✅ Player recovery after matches is now slower
✅ Squad rotation becomes much more important
✅ Minor injuries (muscle, groin) occur slightly more often
✅ Serious injuries (ACL, fractures) occur less frequently, but recovery can take 6 months or more
✅ Injury risk during international matches has been increased
✅ International matches create greater physical strain on players
✅ Busy international calendars now affect player fitness more significantly
👴 Player Age and Experience
✅ Players no longer retire unrealistically early at age 32. The minimum retirement age is now 34 for outfield players and 35 for goalkeepers, while all players will still retire before 42.
✅ Retirement logic has been reworked for different age groups. For example, a 77-rated player at age 34 will no longer automatically retire, while players rated 76 or lower may have a chance of retirement.
✅ Rotation players and reserves are now more willing to renew contracts, which better reflects real football:
• Rotation players — renewal chance increased from 50–55% to 70–75%
• Reserve players — renewal chance increased from 30–35% to 85–90%
Additional adjustments:
✅ Players can maintain a high level until around age 36
✅ Real decline usually begins closer to 37
✅ Attribute decline is now more gradual
✅ Goalkeepers can perform at a high level for much longer
✅ Regens can now appear from age 15
✅ Minimum retirement age increased to 33
✅ Goalkeepers can play up to 36 years old
✅ Star players may continue their careers until around 40
✅ The “Last Big Contract” storyline is now possible until age 36
✅ The “Future Legendary” storyline can appear from age 19
✅ “Future Legendary” status now requires 88+ potential
🏆 Ballon d’Or and Seasonal Awards
✅ Winning the UEFA Champions League now carries the greatest weight in determining the winner
✅ The second most important factor is league top scorer ranking
✅ The third factor is assist leader ranking in the league
✅ All Top 5 European leagues now have equal weight — the Premier League no longer has an advantage
✅ Players from leagues outside the Top 5 now have a significantly higher chance of winning the Ballon d’Or
⚙️ Other Changes
In addition to the major systems, many smaller parameters and internal settings have also been reworked. Together, these adjustments help make Career Mode more balanced and realistic, in our opinion.

✅ You can now follow 10 leagues simultaneously (previously 5)
👔 Club Board and Objectives
✅ The board now evaluates the manager over a longer period of time
✅ The first major review of objectives happens later in the season

✅ AI clubs dismiss managers less often without clear reasons
👔 Manager Job Market
✅ Manager job offers now remain active for 7 days
✅ Clubs respond to offers within 3–7 days
✅ Managers who have been at a club for a long time are less likely to leave
✅ Manager nationality has a stronger influence on choosing a new club, often preferring jobs in their home country

✅ Player reactions to manager comments have been significantly increased
✅ Locker room atmosphere depends more strongly on managerial decisions
📩 Mailbox and Squad Management
✅ Mailbox capacity increased to 40 messages

Idk if I'm doing something wrong but for me it tells me it was made for a different version while I'm on version v4 Edit: Nevermind I guess they dropped 1.5.2 and it seems to be broken again, rip
1.5,1 ?
Update for 1.5.1
hmm is it Efbet Bulgarian league and slovakian league, that is shown in the thumbnail for v4? Is it a hint that they may be included in next version? ;-)
Great work, but when i enter the mod, i don't have the newly added leagues. Edit: Oh i found them when choosing a manager career, but they are not available in kick off or edit teams.
Edit 2: It worked when i deleted the old squads folder and forced the game to create a new with the added leagues.
Hellow, Does it include the EAFC squad update from March 10th?

great job!
