v0.2.1a, a quick bug fix update

Another day, another version!

Within a few hours of releasing v0.2.1 I discovered a number of easily fixed bugs, so I'm pushing out a new version quickly that fixes them. - Fixed error with mom's paycheck event not leading to the correct time of day.
