Marlène "French Cancan" Dress - with panties

Obviously you guys want to bring out my French roots those days 😍 So there is a French Cancan Dress for your sims !
As they said in Moulin Rouge, make them said  "voulez-vous couchez avec moi ce soir ?"💗.

FYI: I recorded the main parts of my creation process, but editing videos is not really something I'm used to do. Would some of you have advices about easy / free softwares to use?
