Smart Dot is the next generation of Lin-Z. Use it to control your lights, play music, play trivia, order delivery, set thermostat and more! The Smart Dot learns as your interact with it. Just make sure it learns right.
All the features of original Lin-z have been kept and new ones added to make the smart home device more complete.

In addition to turning on all lights in the house, smart dot offers new functions. It is now possible to adjust the color and intensity of the lights and make them to turn on/off automatically when there is a sim in the room.

In Base Game Lin-z, the function to buy pizza it's not working. Using Smart Dot this is fixed and with new feautures:
Can choose pizza flavors now
Order Grocery Delivery (The Sims 4: Cottage Living)
Order others food delivery
A easy way to buy items, only ask to your Lin-z device what you want. Your sim can buy all items available in base game computer.

It's now possible to set thermostat using your smart device. This option is only available to those who have ( The Sims 4: Seasons expansion pack).
All languages are included in this package, but a few words and phrases was translated using "google translate". If you find some wrong translation, please tell me to correct.
This new device works in the same way as the original Lin-z, but with more features. So if you don't have enough friendship with (Lin-z), he might not obey your order.
To unlock (Set Wakeup Routine) and (Ask About Secret) you will need have friendship with Lin-z.
Notes:
This mod can conflict with anything that modify the phone_pickServiceToHire_Deliveries tuning.
Some feautures will not working withdout Seasons, Eco Lifestyle and Cottage Living Expansions. (Some names of this packs will not show).
Bugs may occur with other mods that contain VFX effects.
Maybe middle of next year I bring a update with more features and devices. Please! Leave your suggestions.

Hey I wanted to let you know that better exceptions says there is bad tuning for the mod. Is there a deco version btw? I rarely do gameplay as I prefer building.
The exception details is this btw "[jdimailig] Caught exception loading reference. RefName: 13096906466725484511 Manager: InstanceManager_animation. TunableReference in Instance: 10805084529800914122 (caiocc:SmartDot_HirePizzaDelivery), Types.INTERACTION is set to a value that is not allowed by its class restriction. I love this mod. However, I have had to remove it as it does not allow for baby crib mobiles to show and also blocks the animation from the Growing Together baby shower cannon, as well as the cloud when the infant ages from baby to infant. Thank you.
I had to use Twisted Mexi’s Better Exceptions mod to find out that this was the unfortunate culprit making it impossible to feed my infant.

Hi, I've found what might be causing these issues this week. I dont have all Stuff Packs and Kits and some may modify sames files that I used. For this reason the error dont have this error. I will buy these packs and make a update to mod.

Hello... So I ended up removing all my mods n such n smart dot was still giving me a last exception. Just wanted u to know that even with no other mods conflicting with it, it was still giving me issues. Hope u fix it n possibly make it compatible with other mods if possible.
I really would love to have this in my game. Is there a way you can make a list of which mods is not compatible and which is? If so that would be so helpful.
ok ok so like if you have like another delivery service installed like insiminia eats or something where you call from the phone for delivery it conflicts. makes no much sense now. I was getting the BE exception error and it makes sense now

Its a conflict with mod that modify phone_pickServiceToHire_Deliveries. You can play with only one at same time. :/
