I'm glad the anime is willing to jump around the story since most of the chapters don't usually have a continuity between each other.

I love Rentaro dialogue after this. It might be in next episode but he says ‘no krack’ ‘this is serious’. And I might be wrong but did they skip a whole bunch of chapter to get to Shizuka chapter?
i don't think it's skip and more so they adapted a chapter that would usually be adapted later beside this show doesn't really have any continuity except for the gf order, so, the anime people have more freedom to do what they want to adapt first or not i mean they can still adapt all the previous chapters they have skipped or even certain scenes that they have skipped so far
