BIG DIY 3D PRINTER MKII
Hi everyone!
Part one of making a BIG DIY 3D PRINTER (for the second time) is up, I finished the structure and all that is mechanical and hopefully wiring won't take too much time. I would have liked to finish it before posting the video but the extruder+hotend weren't ready so I decided to show the progress done.
As always I will love to read your feedback on the comments.
Thanks!!!

hello can you send me all the stl file for the big printer mkII
can you please send my the BOM and 3d models please, i would like to have a go at this
Hello Ivan, Great stuff, another project I want to attempt can you please send my the BOM and 3d models
This project is awesome. How should I get the complete list and assembly process?
Hey, tour Channel is amazing, where can I find the discord?
Looks good but you should remove the springs under the bed. If a part on the printer weighs too much, a problem may occur. I don't know much about 3D printers but I do know that they are very precise.
Don't worry we have that one covered. Thanks!
Wait until you see this one work an then go for it! This design should work in any size
Maybe I'll try it with this beast. The design is beautiful and I need a bigger 3d printer in my farm. I leave just now to Maker Faire Bilbao. I miss you there, you must come someday.
Wow, I want to build one, and here I thought 400x400x400 was big!
I can't even tell you how happy this makes me ( well actually I can tell you ). You've totally demystified the manufacturing process and broken it down into manageable parts. Great job as always. Cheers, JAYTEE
You can make one the size of one of your shelves now 😉
You could print yourself inside something 😀
If I had the patience... 😂😂
Looks great Ivan, your next tank build will be MUCH faster 😁😉
Haha! A farm of these and I'm ready to conquer Disneyland
Was surprised to see this wasn't a Core XY. What made you decide to go for this design instead?
I'd say simplicity, I can see the attractiveness of a CoreXY but for what I intend to print I hope this will be enough
It is, I reckon a bit more than 5kg. Thanks!
Only the mirror
That looks amazing... The bed is huge 🤭
