THE SAND DRAWING ROBOT WENT TO CHINA
Hi everyone! Last week I went to Sanya in the south of China with the portable version of the Sand Drawing Robot to do some drawings for the Envision Racing Formula E Team. This is not a sponsored video but I thought it'd be cool to show you how our week went with this much going on at once.
Please let me know what you think of my Vlogging skills in the comments.
Thanks!!!

Ivan, can you tell me which motors and drivers you used in this project? Thank you!
Soon you'll have golf tournament organizers calling you to put sponsor logos in the bunkers!
Great adventure, thanks for sharing it with us!
Traduction by Google: However, the proverbial bird shot down Envision Virgin Racing team. As part of the "Race Against Climate Change" campaign, the team of fans had messages written by a robot in the sand. "Together we can make a difference," was printed in the beach of Sanya. It was a PR act with symbolic power that went into the swimming trunks. Because just as fast as the messages were marked in the sand, they were gone again. The beach action is in my eyes the incarnate "drop in the bucket". Those who want to do something in the fight against climate change and the pollution of the oceans will undoubtedly find more meaningful and sustainable ways without much effort.
If someone told me that a electric racing team was going to take a guy from San Sebastian and make him travel all the way to the middle of China to print messages on the sand of a beach, I wouldn't have believed it. I guess there is a interesting history behind this I would love to know more about ...
Well, it was exactly like that. The extremely tight time constraint did put an interesting twist to it but apart from that... pretty straightforward.
You should consider having 2 servos for drawing on your cool maskine. Cool video.
Two? I'm thinking bigger than that... (insert evil laugh here)
Fantastic mate, well done. The results looked great. Cheers, JAYTEE
That was quick!
Those are just logo panels for the Formula E team, they kindly asked if they could put some logos on it so I put those panels. Plus those give some shade to the electronics! Thanks!
Whoa! It's amazing!!! Did you put ailerons on it??
