New feature: Customizable eyelashes

In the 0.39 update character customization will be expanded even further. The new section will appear in the customization screen - Customizable eyelashes.

The eyelashes customization will be found in the Nails and Makeup screen. Since it's just a minor appearance element it will be available right away for every lady.
