!!Known Issues!! - at certain camera angles objects appear to be underwater, they still function as normal but it's a known issue that I can't fix due to the unchangeable terrain on waterfront lots

I took MAJOR inspiration from this build and attempted to rebuild it on a 50x50 lot with my own personal changes- but major shoutout to MychQQQ on TSR for the inspo
