I recently discovered that many people have been using character cards created by secondary creators like myself to produce tertiary creations and charge membership fees. Therefore, I need to make the following statement:

It is strictly prohibited to use my character cards to create videos and charge membership fees on platforms such as Patreon or Fanbox. Selling and redistributing them is also forbidden. Every character card contains more than five watermarks, and violators will be blocked by me.

You are welcome to use my character cards to create scenes, images, or videos and publish them for free on Pixiv. That is completely allowed. However, any use for profit is absolutely not permitted.

The original purpose of creating this Patreon was to encourage support for secondary creators. Profit was never my main goal. But now, the rights of secondary creators seem to be under threat, and I feel compelled to speak out.

I have found that not only Hxlxlive’s cards, but even VXPX!’s character cards are being considered for tertiary creations with paid access. Are you kidding me?

I will not take responsibility for any copyright issues that arise from others using my character cards.

Anyone who disagrees with the above statement is free to cancel their membership.
