Elvenfoundry v0.4.1: Clone girl voice and mouth animation, factory effects, left handed options, fixes

Just pushed the first update of v0.4, adding:

Added stage requirement material sending animation, when all materials for a stage have been delivered.

Portal image updated to the current factory map

Robotic moaning for clone girl and basic facial animation

Left handed option to build machines in the factory map. You can set your dominant hand in gameplay options.

Fixes:

Fix: Elf had permanent offset in hands position after wall sex
Fix: Changed factory loading to avoid delay in building spawning when entering factory map
Fix: Clone girl vagina and anus where not opening in reaction to player body
Fix: Blob spawner not spawning blobs after a blob extractor placed on it is deleted
Fix: Dark energy containment, dark prism and perversion core moved from simple recipe menu to complex recipe menu
