Dad Reacts to Phoebe Bridgers - Lost Weekend

PLEASE REACT TO INSIDE - BO BURNHAM

You guys NEED to do an Inside reaction video

Just another person in here recommending Bo burnhams Netflix show inside. It’s entirely made up of songs he wrote during quarantine and they’re incredibly funny and deep and it would be a great Patreon episode

You both would love Bo's movie Eighth Grade - incredible coming of age movie! Phoebe also did get her appendix removed in the end lol, what a not fun bday!

Please do some Bo!!

Holy shit No inside ????

I BEG, PLEASE WATCH BO BURNHAM INSIDE

Backing up every single comment suggesting for you guys to watch and react to Bo's Inside (his netflix special, not like his organs or anything). This would be PERFECT !

would love to see you react to Bo's music! I think you'd really connect with it

Westside cowboy next please. They are the next big thing from the British rock scene.

Pleasseeeee listen to malcolm todd self titled, his best work im sure you guys will love it

Any plans to finish out the Tame Impala discography with an Innerspeaker reaction? Would be cool to go from Deadbeat back to the start and compare. Know you guys would go crazy over the drums on Innerspeaker. Probably Kevin at his most loose and drum-filliest (not sure a better adjective lol)

any chance on getting a rauw alejandro album reaction? its been a minute since theres been a spanish reaction 😔

Loving the Phoebe Bridgers but please more Elliott 🙏

PLEASE do miss behaves by cece natalie soon🙏 guys trust me on this one

Surprised yall weren’t moved by the title track a bit more. Some of the best and most haunting lyrics in my opinion. I think it’ll be a grower for yall. It was for me

I think the voicemail at the end of Bobby is basically her saying, "I won the lottery with him!"

Have you guys ever checked out the album/band Better Oblivion Community Center? It was a project that Phoebe and Conor Oberst had a few years back.

Please do The 20/20 Experience by JT

You absolutely have to watch Inside, Bo Burnham's comedy special he made during Covid. It's VERY good!

You guys should listen to the westside cowboy album

Please react to inside by Bobby Burnham!!!

Yooo we neeeeeeeeeeed an “Inside” watch and listen!!!!!!!

adding to the flood of REACT TO INSIDE COMMENTS

as other people have said, please react to inside by bo burnham on here!!!! need it desperately, i think you guys would love it

My favorite Bo Burnham cameo was when he played Chipp McCapp on parks and rec 🤣🤣🤣🤣

I second everyone saying you should watch/listen to Bo Burnham's Inside special. It is so great and he has so much talent. Enjoyed Phoebe's album also. Can tell my friends I've finally listened to it lol thanks for the video!

I haven’t the reaction yet but for the love of god please watch Inside. It is genuinely one of the greatest albums of all time I am not exaggerating one bit you will see for yourself

I loved the video, though I like it better when Kev is not wearing caps, since he's so expresive, I prefer when I can see his eyes reacting. You guys are awesome, lots of love

Finallllyyyy 😅

havent watched but *~*~*HARLOW FOREVER*~*~*

I’m so glad she’s back I feel like life just makes sense when we have a phoebe album

Not to be dramatic but INSIDE is maybe my fav film/album of all time, Bo is such a fantastic musician

Phoebe did album listening parties at Planetariums across the states the week before this came out. It was so fucking awesome to experience like that for the first time and I really hope more artists begin to do things like that. I can’t even explain how much this album means to me, as someone with a complicated/strained relationship with my father. This album—much like seeing your positive father-son relationship—is very healing 🙂🩵

Strange that Kevin found the ending of Liberty Tree to be creepy. To me it’s the exact opposite, angelic and sounds like the gates of heaven opening. Is the melody not in major too? I wonder what about it made it sound dark. + the song about Elliot Smith is the title track on Punisher :D

Please check out Bo Burnham - Inside on Netflix (obviously a different style video being visual) but it’s so worth your time. It’s brilliant! Patreon would go crazy for it

So glad yall got to this!! If y’all haven’t listened to Florist yet that would be a great listen

Familiarise yourselves with Bobby Burnham please

you guys should ABSOLUTELY!!!!! livestream yourselves watching Bo Burnham’s Inside I cannot believe neither of you have watched it

Recommending Dangelos Voodoo again <3

I'd highly recommend you guys check out more of Bo's stuff! Inside and Make Happy are two great musical comedy specials, especially Inside, which is more of a film about Bo's life during the pandemic. Some fun tunes from both, Phoebe even covered a song from Inside called "That Funny Feeling" which is pretty solid.

I’m shocked you guys don’t know much about Bo Burnham! He seems right up your alley. HIGHLY recommend any of his specials but Inside is a masterpiece. It’s unfortunate that some of the songs from that started to be big on TikTok considering a lot of the special is criticizing how social media (like TikTok) is incredibly damaging and exploitive especially to younger people

Discovered you guys through your Punisher video, loved watching another Phoebe reaction :)

soo soo happy that this is out, been waiting since the album came out 🙂‍↕️. it's only been a week, but i feel like that the more time you spend with it the better it gets. might be too early to say, but i think it's my favorite phoebe now. also !! that kind of creepy part you guys spoke about at the end of 'liberty tree' is actually an interpolation of 'graceland too', so it's still a happy ending :) and a double also, i love the harlow hat, so sorry for your loss <3

Have y'all really not seen Bos Netflix special Inside? If not you should absolutely react to it on this channel it's like the definitive pandemic art piece

If you're unfamilair with Bo Burnham, I couldn't recommend watching his film Inside on netflix more. It couldn't be more up your street Kevin, you will laugh your ass off and probably cry your eyes out. Incredible music and film making created entirely by him during lockdown. A watchalong with you guys would amazing, failing that an album reaction. Awesome content as always dudes keep it up.

I think this means you have to listen to Jake minch and his album

Are you guys telling me you've never seen or heard Inside by Bo Burnham?? It would be so fun seing you react to the special (songs and visuals included). Such a good snapshot of the pandemic and what we were all going through back then. The musicality of it actually makes me think it would suit this channel well. Could be a patreon exclusive! Okay rant over :) I love Bo

PLEASE listen to ghost holding by venturing (its janeremovers side project)

This album is gonna murder me live. I can't wait

35:00 oh man, you should check out some of Bo's music. I struggle to recommend watching his whole "Inside" comedy special on Netflix because it's pretty heavy and a snapshot of the middle of the covid lockdown, but I think reacting to a couple songs like Welcome to the Internet, Comedy, That Funny Feeling, or All Eyes on Me (don't start with All Eyes on Me, get a feel for his tone first) would put Bobby into perspective.

So so so so good

I haven’t loved an album like this in awhile

I have been haunting the patreon app waiting for this

YAYYYA

MY DAY HAS BEEN MADE OMG

UNIMAGINABLE HAPPINESS RN

did yall ever do stranger in the alps?

I’ve been eagerly waiting for this. This is easily my AOTY with some of Phoebe’s best songwriting to date (which is saying something since Punisher is my favorite album of the decade). What I love most about Phoebe, and all of boygenius’s, music is that she can take very intimate, personal stories and weave them with much broader and more relatable themes and emotions. I also love that she’s not afraid to wear her influences on her sleeve while still creating her own specific aesthetic. Also fun fact she didn’t use any melodyne on the entire album and shoutout to Chris Thile for playing mandolin on the album.

Yesssss

One of the albums of the year for me, might be top 3

So so excited to watch. Easily my favorite album of the year.

Can yall listen to racing Mount Pleasants self titled album?!?!!

Perfect timing. Just caught a cold and I had just hit the couch with a warm blanket. Time for a cup of tea and some good old Phoebe crying:)
