Conner and Kevin! Been watching for YEARS waiting for ANYTHING Trippie Redd related. Please react to either LIFE'S A TRIP (2018), A Love Letter To You (2017), or A Love Letter To You 2 (2017). Lifes a trip is his best album in my opinion. Crazy vocals/mixing, floaty beats, heavy chords, ITS GOT EVERYTHING. He also has a highly anticipated album dropping later this year called NDA that is supposed to have a lot of his old sound on it, since he's moved away from his old sound and into more trap music in the last couple years.

Had a hard time with this album when it came out but very glas you're reacting to it. If you ever get the chance, please check out Shark in Your Water by Flower Face, it is one of the impactful album I heard in a long time and I am a big fan of it. I'm sure you will have a great time listening to it :)

The amount of restraint you guys have to not call this album hot ass will never cease to amaze me. Princess made me want to put drills in both ears. Agreed that Iceman was pretty good though, if you listen to it in a vacuum

I felt like there were pockets of awesome stuff in this album but not as consistent as Iceman. I agreed with the vocals, they felt muffled and I wasn’t a fan of the excessive use of Autotune.

Yall aren’t talking about the vocals you’re talking about his flow I think yall mixed that up like on q&a you say “this is where we need to change vocals” his vocals are fine I mean he’s singing good but you’re talking about his flow you don’t like the repetitive flow he does

New bestie is better than one dance , controlla , Nokia , prob his best dancehall song ever people are thrown off from the slow part at the start. And he literally reached flow state on the second part just straight running it.

Imo 1-5 are bops and then it slows down for me 6-7 like those songs aren’t “bad” to me I think they’re still on theme with the album but just not for me. Then 8-14 are all bops to me

I disagree that he was outshined by the features , I prefer drakes part on amazing shape the lyrics are poetic and people ignore it “you can make a blind man see eye to eye , you can make a deaf man hear out your side” that song is a skip for me but I would only listen cause Drake

I think views does what you’re talking about very well even the dancehall tracks have a sort of low frequency like they fit the mood of the album like on top of the cn tower just sad Drake

The Mocking Stars by Lausse the Cat is an insane UK hiphop album that came out last November that I think you guys would really enjoy! It's an incredibly well-written story and the production is just on another level! Highly recommend it!

To say Drake sounds inauthentic using patois but not Central Cee is very confusing to me. Great reaction though
