Yall gotta do HS1. My favourite project of his - last few songs on that album are some of his best.

Lina W. · March 20, 2026

Hi you two 😊 I hope you’ll react to our first album at some point – I’d honestly love that! It’s actually my favorite album, but of course, taste is always different. I’m just more of a rock girl 😄 It would be awesome if you could check it out – if you haven’t already. And if you have, I might have just missed it. Thanks so much!

P
ParkesPlayback · March 17, 2026

Sadly wasn't that impressed with this project, barring a few songs. Glad you got enjoyment from it though.

K
Karlenys · March 14, 2026

Hi Connor and Kevin! Been following your channel in YouTube for a long while now, I decided today to suscribe here, do not regret it. I love your content so much, and it's always so refreshing to watch people like you both, who enjoy music so much, to react to some of most people's favorite musicians. This was a great watch, as always. Sending love all the way to Canada, also, s/o to mom for making the coffee!

I definitely hear some Postal Service in here too. Great review, boys.

Harry Styles wrote at the end of the booklet to this album in capitals: "Oh, what a gift it is to be noticed. But it's nothing to do with me. For those who helped me make this. For those who inspire me to make anything. For those who helped me know when to say no, when to say yes. For all my friends. To dance to. Thank you."

I am enjoying the album more now that I watched the Netflix special, it has such a big sound live!! But more of a Harry’s House girlie over here, I think.

K
Katie · March 11, 2026

Greattt reaction !! He wrote Carla’s song for his friend Carla. He had shown her the song “Bridge Over Troubled Water” by Paul Simon and her reaction reminded him of why he makes music for people. The song is about his “mission statement” for his career and the power of music which is why he says “it’s all waiting there for you” and “I know what you like, you can hear it anytime” :))

Help(2) please

A
Angus · March 8, 2026

Really hope you guys cover the new Help(2) album. It's a charity album by James Ford and features a ton of the artists you guys have enjoyed on the channel: Fontaines DC, Damon Albarn, Arctic Monkeys, Black Country New Road, Beabadoobee (covering Elliott Smith), Olivia Rodrigo, Last Dinner Party, Wet Leg, and Cameron Winter, as well as Pulp, Depeche Mode and a load of others. It's to raise money for children living through war, and I think you guys will really get something out of it! 🤩

D
Darragh · March 8, 2026

Two types of die hard fans - one that loves everything the artist does and one just wants the same music in all records. I love when artists experiment a bit. Ben Howard started using the drum machines on his last two records and i love it.

P
Paula Mann · March 8, 2026

Do either of you guys happen to have a public Spotify with playlists and recommendations?

M

c
corrie williams · March 7, 2026

Carla’s song is named after his friend Carla. he got to experience her listening to bridge over troubled water by Simon & Garfunkel for the first time and was inspired by her experience- I feel like the context makes it that much sweeter

D
Dayle · March 7, 2026

Love that you referenced David Gray’s Babylon! I saw him perform at the Edmonton Folk Fest in 2006, and it was great!

R
Ryan Daniels · March 7, 2026

Pop is my favourite off this album and one his best of any album. Translates so well live after watching it on his Netflix special. Check out Kid Harpoon who has co-wrote and produced Harry’s albums, genius. And you mentioned Alex Turner and AM - coming up roses feels like something straight from the car.

J
Joe · March 7, 2026

Bon Iver has a new live compilation album coming next month - would love to see you guys finish the Bon Iver series and cover i,i and then react to the new album when it comes!

J
Jamie Masterson · March 7, 2026

Love all the references I can hear in this album! The main one popping out at me (likely cuz I’m a huge fan) is twentyone pilots. Beep boops and the speedy drumming. Super super cool. Fine Line is my favorite album of his. I think this has jumped up to my #2 spot.

K
Kayla Deyo · March 8, 2026

totally agree with this! i keep feeling like i hear a lot of twenty one pilots influence on this album

m
mariem · March 7, 2026

Helloooo im a new patreon member so this is my first time commenting. I loved this reaction and this album I think is one of Harrys strongest records for sure! There’s this album thats just been released called Help (2) and its a collection of artists like damon albarn/fontaines DC/olivia rodrigo/beabadoobee/cameron winter and more and they do some really sick covers and all of the proceeds go to this charity called war child and its entire mission is to help children at war! Its super cool and I think it might be worth a listen if you’re interested. Have great day/night! Also never commented this before but Kevin youve got a killer fashion sense lol

k
kendall j · March 7, 2026

i have some very very high ranking favorite songs on harry’s house and self titled, but fine line is my favorite as an album. after first listen, this album was immediately a close second to fine line. and the re-listens are just pushing it up further lol.

B

Such a good album, I fear a lot of people will be dismissive without the big pop bangers like in the past, but the production is so good

L
Lucy · March 7, 2026

Loved this reaction. I’m a big fan of you and a big fan of music and in my opinion this is Harry’s best work. I love it. And I agree, with more listens this album becomes even stronger. Harry did an interview with Zane Lowe last week (it’s on YouTube) in which he breaks down the album and adds a lot of context behind the songs. He seems to have really worked on himself, his mantra in his time away was that he would start saying yes to things he hadn’t experienced due to his fame. He prioritised family, friends, went to raves, ran marathons and found a life for himself away from the music. He also said he’d promised himself he wouldn’t make music or come back unless he really wanted to, not just because he felt like he had to or it was time, and he’d made peace with the fact that may never happen. There’s a lot of deeper meaning behind most of the songs which he adds context to. And a lot of want for people to dance to his music. Would be great to see you check that out, I think it adds much needed context to him, his life and the songs that amplifies the album listen. Harry also performed an intimate one night only no phones show last night in Manchester to premiere his new album on release day. From friends who attended to the reviews, it sounds like it was an unbelievable special moment. It seems like he sounds his best and he was behind the DJ decks, using a megaphone, with a gospel choir, dancing, playing piano, guitar. It would be great to see you react to this. It premieres on Netflix tomorrow night - it sounds like it brings the album to life in the most beautiful way and I think you hit the nail on the head, it seems like he’s healthy and happy and is playing music he wants to play - which makes it so much stronger as a listener.

K
Karina Ruelas · March 9, 2026

amazing. came here to say this and you said it perfectly already. his interview with zane lowe made me so happy for him. this album was for him. so much depth to the lyrics. he definitely sounds his best!!!

Love that you brought up the old music at the end. I know genius didn’t mention it, but in his Zane Lowe interview they discuss Carla’s song also meaning the rest of his discography is still there if you don’t like this “I know what you like” “it’s all waiting there for you” he mentioned the same concept in prior interviews, how people would say they wish it sounded more like his other stuff and his response was always, that stuff is still there for you to go back to. I think for me this album was one where by the end I forgot the big hit possibilities. By the end I forgot the playability of things like ready steady go, or pop, which could be huge on the radio. Loved watching yall listen as always!

A
Aylin Guevara · March 7, 2026

here’s what harry has said about carla’s song, since connor was wondering :) “Carla is a friend of mine. We were at a friend’s house, and we were waiting to go to this after-party. She’d mentioned that she’d just discovered Paul Simon. When I lived in a pub a little bit when I was younger, there was a four-CD changer that I think the Bridge over Troubled Water record was in the whole time I lived there. I think it’s why I like harmonies, listening to them so much. I played her ‘Bridge over Troubled Water,’ and watching her listen to it, having never heard that song, felt like I was watching someone discover magic. There was something in that moment that reminded me of what, by making music, you’re investing in. Maybe someone hears a song of yours and goes, ‘This song’s going to be in my life forever.’ That is enough. And I don’t ask for any more than that, really.”

BTW I diggin Conor’s hot take at the end; for me it’s a toss up right now between this record and HH. I just think HH has the best vocal performances and catchiest songs/hooks, but at the same time, this new one has immaculate production and is probably his most compelling record musically. Listened to two bangers of a record with y’all today between Harry/Olivia Dean and grateful for you guys and the energy you put out into the world🤘
