been waiting for these Ari videos since i first found your channel those years ago! I felt like Positions was Ari laying to rest a "past" version of herself. Idk why but it just felt like a tombstone to mark the end of an era (I know these days lots of artists do the 'era' thing but i mean this more broadly). I never realized how much Love Language kind of does sound Mac-ish! I love that all the features on this album were so solid an honestly the perfect artists for their respective songs. In my own personal ranking, this one lands right above TUN.

I recommend watching her live performance of this album on Vevo - there’s a lot of drums, which really does elevate the songs. Especially “My Hair”. And of course her live vocals are insane
