Favorite Albums of 2025

I agreed with your picks but I loved rituals by watchouse worth a listen

What an incredible start, @Jamie XX for your EDM trip. It is only up from there (and that's nothing against Jamie - 'In Colors' for example is absolutely fantastic!) as you have SO much more new EDM music to discover from the last 50 years! I'm so excited for the 2 of you - and I better get over there soon and hit up a festival with y'all :) xx

in terms of clipse stuff, if you guys heard everything on spotify, PLEASE look into their mixtape called "We Got It For Cheap, Vol. 2"!! for me personally its basically tied with LGSEO as their best album

My top album was Khalid's After the Sun Goes Down. He really has come into his own this year and is releasing some of the best music I've heard in a while. So catchy.

As a fashion / denim designer, you’re looking fresh Kev

happy new year! you should add some skrillex to your listen-to excel sheet. cheers!

Happy new year fellas! Y'all have been my favorite music channel for years, love finding new music and seeing you react to my favorite albums. Bon Iver's album was my favorite from 2025. I'd recommend checking out DAISY by rusowsky when you guys have the time, it's a really fun listen.

Would love for you guys to react to any King Krule albums!

Please react to Kiss Land, I' am begging you😩

I’ve been watching for close to 4 or 5 years now, since my freshman year of college. Love the vids and happy new year lads (NOACF soon?)

please please please please please listen to cartoon darkness by amyl and the sniffers!!!!!! came out end of 2024 but was heavily played in 2025 for me and i think y’all will love it!!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Love you boys

thank you guys for such a fun year ❤️❤️ i enjoy hearing your critical thoughts on music so much but more importantly sit here to listen because it really just feels like i’m there kicking it back with you guys, you both have such warm energy. i often go back to your baloonerism and 1975 reacts the most from this year (also biased because they are some of my favorite albums haha), happy new year to you both :)!

I’ve heard you mention Bjork’s name a couple times, maybe just on features..? But i think you should react to her album Vespertine. It’s experimental, atmospheric, trippy, sensual, and IMO, way ahead of its time.. and it was put out in ‘01!

You need to do Loyle Carner at some point. My fav artist for some time now and a really really cool guy. Just check out his Colors Performance on YouTube with his song HGU. And if you want some more live, watch hugo: reimagined in the Royal Albert Hall, also on YouTube. Cheers from Germany

I havent felt this much excitment for a video this whole year!!

Nourished by Time

You should try some fred again… really solid “recent” edm artist.

I think you should react to some early Muse. Either Absolution or Origin of Symmetry. MCR’s Black Parade too!!!

Where’s that $uicideboy$ reaction 😓

Man you guys need to do Hell Hath no Fury and Lord Willin'

I've loved 2025 releases for music, plenty of albums and EPs from home here in Ireland and abroad that I spent a lot of time with. I loved many of your reaction videos but biased to the Irish ones. Hope you guys have a great time in the new year 💚 Athbhliain faoi mhaise duit agus go raibh maith agat! (Happy New Year and thank you) Irish: "Maybe It's Fine" by Moncrieff (pop) "Open Wide" by Inhaler "Halcyon" by Kingfishr (indie folk) "Reverie" by Amble (indie folk) "Salt of the Lee" by Cliffords (this is an EP, great if you like rock, I think Kevin especially would be a fan maybe?) "Euro-Country" by CMAT "Altar" by NewDad (indie rock) "Fall Back" by Florence Road (indie rock) "Goldrush" by Gavin James" "Little Dreaming" by Cian Ducrot "The Closest We'll Get" by Nell Mescal Non-Irish: "From The Pyre" by The Last Dinner Party "That's Showbiz Babe!" by JADE "Midnight Sun" by Zara Larsson "The Art of Loving" by Olivia Dean New Tom Grennan album (too long to name) "Confessions" by Mimi Webb

It's been a fantastic year for music. The exciting thing is my favourite album next year might be someone I currently don't know about.

Surprised that Breach by Twentonepilots didn’t make it to this video

I’ve yet to watch this but I’m looking forward to it because I know you guys will point me toward some good music I missed! My album this year by far has been The Crux. I don’t know, it just spoke to me. The deluxe version contained some delights too. Anyway, 2025 has been rough for many people, so thank you for bringing a bit of joy into the world.

I know you are thinking about listening to instrumental stuff. Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven is probably the pinnacle of instrumental music. Great place to start imo. Although you’d have to listen on Bandcamp probably.

Baby! By Dijon was my album of the year hands down. Hot tea from your lover sweet, intergenerationally sexy, texture coming from every orifice, and damn just the most genuine thing ive heard all year. Spun it dozens and dozens of times. The first piece of art to make me consider having kids.

day 3 of request Ghostholding by venturing (jane remover rock oriented project) hope everyone has a great new years!

So much great music came out this year, but above all, From the Pyre was number 1 album of 2025

I wish y'all had got to see Dijon live during his tour - it really took his Baby album to another level for me. Maybe would have cracked your lists then.

FUTURE HNDRXX PLS PLS PLS

Breach didn't make it on here, I'm not terribly surprised, but a little disappointed

No Alfredo 2?

Twenty One Pilots - Breach Sam Fender - People Watching Inhaler - Open Wide Are my three favourites from this year

I am so happy to be apart of the TTT collective ANOTHER YEAR STRONG ladies and gents! this year flew by in new music. Countless laughs and new songs to explore with/because of you guys. I would love to see a ‘new music step back’ in 2026 so many artist older music was overlooked because of the new consumption. Willow, OutKast, Paris Texas, Ryan Beatty, Tyler,The Creator, Sango, Jaden,Yaeji ,1999 Write The Future. Just to name a few who definitely deserve a listen. Cheers to what the new year has to bring for us positively ☕️👀✌🏾

Did you guys forget about Quadeca or did it just not make the list? 🥹

son of spergy by Daniel Caesar has to be in there for me

Which boiler room did you guys go to? and a happy new year

Day 3 of asking for Hi This Is Flume 😂

Sam Fender's People Watching and Inhaler's Open Wide just comfortably my favourite two albums specifically to this year. Got both records a few weeks ago and I don't get tired of listening to them the whole way through 🔥

I found this channel this year in august through your Arctic Monkeys reactions and made it my mission to have you guys on in the background whenever I am doing college work. However you two are so fucking charming and funny and entertaining to watch that I now fully sit at my desk and just watch the videos in full. It's something I really enjoy doing whether I know the album you guys are reacting to well or not as I really enjoy seeing others enjoy music. My family doesn't listen to much and neither do my friends but it is a huge passion of mine that I can't really express with the people I love due to their lack of interest. This channel helps me see people enjoying the same stuff I do (most of the time even more than me.) My personal favorite reaction this year was the DJO album. My top 5 albums this year are. Getting Killed - Geese DJO - The Crux Phoneboy - Heartbreak Designer The Royston Club - Songs for the Spine James Marriott - Don't Tell the Dog Happy new year boys!

Portugal. The Man - SHISH is such an underrated album this year. Such a strong album.

I got so exhausted by 2024 that i took 2025 as a year to step back from exploring the width of music and instead dig deep into some things i felt strong connections to. That said, there were a handful of artists whose albums all permeate my top 10-15 records and they are: Jane Remover, AG Cook, Porter Robinson, and Oklou. Like you guys this year was an edm heavy year for me but not my first rodeo. I was into edm in high school when Skrillex dropped Scary Monsters and i'd lost my connection to that part of my taste until Porter came back around last year and shocked me a little. It was nice to spend a whole year away from the hustle and bustle and just enjoy a lot of work that existed prior and is proving formative to the decade! :)

Quad did ;_;

No hurry up tomorrow?

Glad to hear yall enjoyed People Watching deluxe so I’m back again to ask for Seventeen Going Under deluxe 🤪

I love that you guys got into electronic shit this year. I know you get bombarded by suggestions but mine is thought process - the endless view....its like downtempo hip hop lower fi electronic shit. Don't post it on your channel just check it out i think you'll dig it

So surprised neither of you had Quadeca on these lists!

GUYS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO JEAN DAWSON I KNOW YOU GUYS WILL LOVE HIM

I know I maybe requested this a few months ago but I’d still love to see you guys react to Lesser Matters by The Radio Dept.
