Dad Reacts to Oklou - choke enough

Super late to this but while this is a great album I liked her previous one, Galore, even more. Would love a reaction to that one

One of my favorite albums of all time 💕💕💕

This was so great!! Thanks for getting me to finally listen to this record, I’m going to listen to it nonstop now

What happened to the pigeon?

Can't stop listening to blade bird. Perfection.

Kevin a secret drainer?? Been waiting for Bladee to appear, but it's so hard to pick a first album. Might as well just drop him into Cold Visions.

🩵🩵🩵

fishmonger -> boneyard aka fearmonger -> wallsocket plsss

music always finds you at the right time. i could not bring myself to listen to this when it dropped, for whatever reason. i found myself listening to it late november, just like you guys. i got lost in it, feeling the cold air against my skin, as i drove home at night. best vibes, always perfect timing!

as others have mentioned, i think ud also like her previous collection, galore!

about blade bird - i like to interpret the lyrics as her singing to her unborn child. in fact, oklou found out she was pregnant right after making this album. ik i'm going to be streaming this when it's my time!

joined the patreon just for this. love okou to death and i'm glad you guys enjoyed the album! as someone else said, i'd also love a reaction to wallsocket!!!

wallsocket!! you won't regret it 😁

ONCE AGAIN I AM BSGGING pls do that’s showbiz by, baby by jade. she’s about to release her deluxe in December. Stellar pop release.

I saw Oklou live in Chicago and it was one of my favorite shows ever, definitely recommend seeing her if you get a chance!!

ik yall are prepping us for that cold visions review 🥹

such a beautiful album, yall would love either underscores latest projects, fishmonger or wallsocket

going to suggest the debut album from Night Tapes that came out in October. saw them on tour a few weeks after it came out and they are easily the best performers I have seen out of the 20+ concerts ive been to. somewhat similar vein to this in that it is very dreamy, but has more sampling. you guys would love it!

Please listen to boy by 2hollis!!

PLEASE do Kansas Anymore

I’m convinced you’re just stalking my Spotify at this point

Hey, I just recently joined your Patreon, but following you longer on YouTube. I got a question and a compliment for you: 1. Thanks for getting me to enjoy music reactions again. You actually give something to these albums you listen to and make them very interesting to me. 2. Would you be interested in listening to some German albums? If you'd like, I would prepare you with accurate lyrics, just let me know. Best regards Marius

great pick, loved this!! if you want to listen to another one of the best albums of the year which is also by a female european singer and on top of that a perfect winter album too, listen to lifetime by erika de casier. you will NOT regret it

let’s freaking go dude

Please check out Eusexua Afterglow!!

Yay! I’ve been hoping you guys would react to some Oklou! So excited to watch this

We’re averaging a Bladee feature per year now 😍

I’ve been waiting for this for weeks! Thanks guys :) (happy new Patreon member)

I think Oklou had said once that she wanted to make this album without drums primarily in the production. Blade Bird was the only drum heavy song and omg was it a masterpiece. You should check out her other album “Galore” released in 2020 :)

lily allen west in end girl pls i can already imagine both of your reactions to iy

would love for you to listen to galore

Yall gotta listen to some Bladee. The Fool is probably the most approachable. Or to Ecco2k - e

oklou found out she was pregnant towards the end of making this album, so blade bird always makes me sob my eyes out. when you think of it as a song about motherhood, how you want to nurture your child but also protect them, knowing you have to let them go but hoping they come back from time to time. earlier this year she posted an ig story of her playing something comforting by porter robinson to her baby bump 🥺 i love her!!!

TY for recording guys ;* btw check out her cover of Teardrop w/ Caroline Polachek on YT

aphex twin when?

Afterglow next!

The interlude track reminds me of the first blade runner movie for some reason

my aoty, had to join the patreon gang for this 🌐

And about your snow Theorie: You should check out her nts session ;)

Blade bird is definitely top 3 songs of the year for me

I love her music since 2015. Listen to her is so soothing and I feel somehow safe. And it’s very addictive. I was so happy seeing that you react to her album.

The deluxe of this album is killer. You should check out Viscus (feat FKA Twigs) and Dance 2. KILLLLEEERRR

pleae react to Robert Glasper Black Radio 3

we need that wallsocket reaction 🗣️🗣️🗣️

It’s close but blade bird might be at favorite song of the year. It does so much: lyrics, electronic, acoustic, vocals and structure are all so spot on.

I’m so happy I’m apart of the Patreon gang 🫀

you guys should do the delux too! its got an fka twigs feature

ayy going to see oklou live next week!

i thought this day would never come … this thanksgiving i am grateful for TTT ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been suggesting this one since it dropped. I dove into it for a while and never really stopped listening to it. Probably a top ten of 2025 for me.

No way!! Love this album, especially blade bird

Light for Days - Jacob Collier, please and thank you :)

yet another album with underscores features one step closer to Wallsocket (Director's Cut) 🙏🙏🙏

PLEAASEE underscores wallsocket soon :]

kevin is ready to be drained >:)

The deer glowing is Snape’s patronus charm.

I love that you feel the same way about blade bird as I do. It's such a beautiful piece of music.

This is my AOTY and I was hoping so bad you guys would do a reaction to it! If I may suggest, just get into a car at like 10pm and drive without a set destination while listening to it, that's peak way of enjoying it right there.

Close enough to bladee I guess
