SR Versus Mode v4.151 - pins!

A smallish versus mode patch.

Added pins, same implementation as HR. Pin an opponent when their max HP reaches 0 to end the fight. 

Also added a stat multiplier choice during character selection ranging from x1 stats to x2 stats for things like handicap fights.

• Fixed small and large size character snap into standard size when grabbing others

• Fixed pressing special key without associated dir input in grab does a grab release 

• Fixed AI is able to switch into grab instantly and bypassing the min grab switch delay

• Fixed grab attacker not taking grab damage 

• Added new back-dash that keeps character facing its target 

• Added pins
