Heroine Rumble 2 v0.381 - hotfix

Fix a potential game crash and some other issues, that seems to only occur when mods are used. Also found a text rendering issue that existed for a long time that caused non-english characters to render incorrectly.

Changelog:

- fixed a possible game crash when generating new matches (only when mods are used I think)

- fixed rendering order issues in Timeline Editor

- fixed GROUP_GRAB loadout target not working properly

- fixed camera view frustum can cause character model to turn invisible in most cases (affected modded grabs)

- fixed char customization window outfit -> edit color not showing the color picker / soft-lock

- fixed a text rendering issue, that caused things like not rendering non-english characters correctly
