Update: EA's New Mod Policy
Okay... okay... Now it's finally cleared. EA now allows "offer an early access incentive for a reasonable amount of time".
Whatever "reasonable amount of time" means. So I will keep the level change already made. So the higher tier patrons get the "test versions" of the mods in Early Access and can test it out for a "reasonable amount of time" before it becomes public to everyone. By the way, it's always been like that. While I don't intend to make intentionally buggy versions available, if it doesn't work even with EA when it's first released, then I allow myself to make mistakes sometimes...
I am very grateful to all of you who test my mods, comment and express your thoughts on mod development! Many Thanks.

It means that creators have 2 weeks after that the cc must be free
I understand that. However, earlier it was specified exactly (2-3 weeks).
Andirz, Icemunmun just posted the link to the official statement from EA. Early access is possible for a reasonable amount of time - https://help.ea.com/en/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/mods-and-the-sims-4-game-updates/
Sorry for all the confusion going on because their policy isn’t clear enough. I hope they decide that early access is still alright and that they communicate it to people. I guess we will see but EA’s not been doing so well with transparency lately.
Yes, I have no idea... Every day I lose the desire to continue modding, even if I actually enjoy it a lot. But the last patch was horrible and now this...
