Error Fixes

Here are a few more bug fixes. Thank you for your suggestions, error messages and error log files! Please make sure to delete the old versions!

Fixed the LE message load error that some users were experiencing when loading the game.
Added more new features intended for later dependent mod updates.
Made updates to various translations.

Fixed a bug in the trait picker that crept in unnoticed at some point and caused not all traits to be shown in various trait cheat menus.

Fixed a conflict with adeepindigo's Research Computer Overrides mod. The issue was caused by adeepindigo reassigning the research machine's functions to a regular computer, which I hadn't previously taken into account.
The mod will also get a new module for the Research Machine.

PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO DELETE THE OLD VERSIONS FIRST!
