On a more serious note, will we see isekai progression affecting real world? For example, we see her drugged into suggestibility and wearing that getup. Will that change her real world preferences? IE, preferring thigh highs, zettai ryouki becoming more appealing, etc?

Probably not. All real world changes will need to go through the mental world for now. That makes things a lot more controllable for me since the Isekai is a bit too non-linear.
