The prerelease is a bit late today as I've been wrestling with an issue with the localisation update script for the past several hours and I wanted to get the language file issues fixed before I did the release, my apologies for the delay but there are a few juicy new things that should hopefully make it worthwhile!
The first thing to note is that dialogs where you can select a number of items have been given a nice little overhaul, now showing the name of the item, how many are available, and the number input is similar to the one in shops instead of being split by digit.
The second thing of note is that there's a new theme called Sunfire for the confrontation between Liora and Edgar at the end of the intro, which also plays during the last objection of the Frame Job trial!
Other than that, I've added skill costs to the skill shop window as before so you can see what you'll have to pay in HP or MP to use a skill before deciding to train in it. And of course there's a nice crop of bugfixes; for full details, see the changelog.

You mentioned fixing the bug where Edgar prematurely uses retreat, but Garrick doing it is an even bigger problem and defeats the purpose of having him in the party. I hope this was fixed as well and just not mentioned.
Will be nice if Garrick in future could replace Rean. Also Liora slowly corrupt by Garrick. Then Edgar will knows about it and corrupt her on date with him and Garrick. In the end threesome Like otherside. Garrick corrupt her, then he will use girl who training her sex skills in the end gamgbang with his gang
Edgar feels like he wants Liora for himself though. He seems to consider Liora worthy of him due to her heritage and I don't think he would want to sully her with his minions, but that's just my take. The other game has plenty of multiple partner scenes so I personally like Edgar stealing her exclusively, but that might just be me. I know a lot of people like Garrick.
