Garrick Character Art ((Over?!)Shaded)
I received the first version of the shaded Garrick art and while it individually looks good, it looks as if he's from a different game :'D.
Comparison with the other characters
I will ask Deniis to try and improve the stylistical alignment although I'm not sure quite what the culprit is - level of detail or the shading and the strong shadows and highlights compared to the flatter renders of the other characters.
UPDATE: Deniis has created a version that should fit better with the rest of the cast.

I think it's fine - the armour looks shinier but his is actually armour compared to clothing and he has more to his character (muscles that aren't covered and scar and eyepatch for his face) compared to the others who don't have or need anything extra going on.
Try comparing with the tier 2 Liora artwork. It seems quite similar to me.
tbh it's mainly Edgar that stands out, his face is a bit flat.

Yeah as many said, I think it's two things: A) the armor shading. If you look at Rean design with the armor, it's actually shaded similar. It's just Garrick is wearing a full body armor and no one else is B) Skin tone. He's notably a darker skin tone sk I think thr contrast is making the shading more noticeable.

While I understand that he should be adjusted for a cohesive experience, he is now the best looking character in the game IMO

Hard to say. It looks good, the armour should shine a bit like it does... what if his skin was a shade lighter?
