I do still prefer MimiHung's version for what it is worth, but this new take is much improved.

A rug a on the wall would be nice to get rid of the echo
I'm sure she'll do just fine in the role but my only recommendation is she finds a way to reduce the echo in her background. It sounds like she's recording in an empty room. It doesn't have to be a professional setup, there are so many ways to do it in a cheap way but to me personally it's very important as the echo takes me out of the scene almost instantly.
