In Canada, the price per litre of diesel is currently higher than that for benzene. The prices vary by sector in the US, but the overall average is Regular Gasoline: ~$4.30 per gallon Diesel Fuel. : ~$6.28 per gallon

Basically, Trump seized the opportunity of citizens complaining of gas price rises, Trump figures a solution supporting Putin providing sanction relief. Fundamentally, Trump is Kompromat. Trump could buy oil from Canada and produce the diesel and benzene, but no Trump is busy with a trade war with Canada. Have you seen of Trump walking past his car with a door open and walk>ng into a field and wondering where he was going. The Secret Service running to direct him back to his car is really funny. The President of the United States is suffering from dementia and excessive respect for the Presidency.

How many barrels are a ton of oil?

I expect the Diesel Deal will fall apart the day after the election. No significant deliveries from Russia will arrive in the USA before the election. It’s a ploy to get the stupid Donny followers to vote one more time to keep Donny in power.

Hey Denys, I am always quick to defend you when commenters focus on your English, grammar, pronunciation etc because it is easy to understand what you are communicating. But you might want to know that the U.S. Congress is composed of the House (House of Representatives) and the Senate (both make up Congress). So when discussing the two, when you say “Congress”, I obviously knew you were referring to the “House” not “Congress”. I thought you would want to know. “Hacuna Matata” 🔱Slava Ukraini🔱

Somehow, we must survive the next two years. Any nation is susceptible to bad politics, depending on the character of the people in power. We saw that in Germany, Russia, the U. S., and many other countries. Slava Ukraine! GOD Bless and save us all!

A diesel engine in a car has different performance characteristics and it is worth paying extra to get a gasoline engine according to US preferences.

To me it feels similar to the Hungary and viktor orban situation we just saw. Good video 👍

Actually, far more influential than the railroads is the trucking industry who completely rely on diesel and the industry employees 11 times more people. Direct/indirectly U.S. railroads employ nearly 750,000 people vs. 8.4 million for the trucking industry and likely a majority of them are Trump voters (or at least have been in past). Also farmers and big agriculture are highly reliant and diesel, and even though they comprise about 2.5 million employed. However the agriculture lobby has massive political influence - particularly in states such as Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, the Dakotas, Idaho, etc.
