With Russia losing what appears to be thousands of soldiers almost daily; a monumental shortage of fuel and equipment; how can it possibly be able to start another war especially with NATO?
Considering their rapid adaptation to drone warfare, perhaps Ukraine could also develop its own space program with outer space projectiles to shoot down Russian satellites.

I get your point. But in fairness,the west has sort of half assed helped Ukraine counter Russian air power. Now with drones it gets more complicated. But they COULD do a lot more.
