Now it get's laughable. BILD Zeitung is a German tabloid, aka Germany's largest fake news machine. Let's assume somebody calls the editor-in-chief and offering a copy of NATO contingency plans on the case of a Russian attack on any European country and NATO member (you bet your sweet little a.., these plans are top secret and only a handful people have restricted access to it - their life would be ruined instantly by now). The editor-in-chief should verify a) the trustworthiness of the source, and b) the authenticity of the file itself before printing it. Now he runs into a dilemma. If he calls up NATO and asking of verification of the file, handcuffs will click. Of course the source can't be disclosed, otherwise handcuffs will click. If he decides to print this shit, if it turns out it's true, handcuffs will click. If the file is fake, he's abetting the work of some foreign (Russian?) agent aiming for undermining the trust Germans have in NATO, handcuffs will click. How ever you'll turn it, it is treason in every direction. But there is one thing to be taken serious: BILD Zeitung never should be taken serious!
