A correction for you: I think JD Vance asked Ukraine not to attack the Kazakh Oil Terminal in Novorossiysk and Zelensky agreed provided the oil was not loaded to sanctioned ships. So everything was attacked in Novorossiysk but not the Kazakh terminal. A pain maybe but fair enough as Kazakhstan is boxed in and its oil has to transit through russia, and we would like Kazakhstan to be on Ukraine's side
