If Russia had tried to be just friends than the master they would both Russia and Ukraine would be much better off.
Can anchored tankers perform same function as a shore based storage tank? Were any of these tankers filled with gasoline, diesel or kerosene? Ships being used for storage may not necessarily need full crews onboard when anchored. When needed. these ships can be moved pier side to transfer refined fuel to serviceable shore tanks or directly to fuel transport trucks.
