I think the new technology will be cheap ballistic missiles. Over the last few weeks I've seen a lot of speculation that Ukraine is developing them.

Yeah... When driving down an interstate highway, a whole lotta trucks. Look over to the side and see lotsa trains, some miles in length, rolling by. But... When trains and trucks stall someplace down the pike 'cause a fuel stop runs dry, even for a few hours, the effect of these delays begin to compound. At some point it becomes extremely difficult to recover. Yeah ... We've all seen recent videos showing miles long lines of cars and transport trucks all across Russia waiting to get gas and diesel at fuel stops along busy highways. After waiting for many hours, some even pushing their cars to save fuel, customers often find they are limited to just a few gallons. Wow! Now then... What with enevitable customer hoarding, fewer deliveries and less than fulfilled orders, I suspect that many grocery and supermarket store shelves in Russian cities may begin to empty, becoming somewhat reminicent of Soviet era photos I remember seeing when I was younger. Public transit may also be overwhelmed in certain areas as fewer private vehicles are able to be on the road. And much, much more. Yup ... City folks in Russia will likely suffer the most. In contrast ... I've a feeling that, being on the receiving end of direct Russian aggression for years now, Ukrainian citizens, even in cities, are much better prepared to hunker down for a fair period of time without power and deal with limited supplies of food and water. Ukraine has undoubtedly spent the years since Russia started this war developing, among other things, fast response electrical infrastructure repair capabilities as well as establishing alternative energy resources able to serve districts, towns, villages, even individual buildings and homes. Hmmnnn ... Is close proximity to friendly neighboring nations not likely to be attacked by Russia an advantage for Ukraine? These countries, as they have for years, may be in a position to continue to provide Ukrainian people with fuel, generators of all sizes, foodstuffs, essential supplies, infrastructure repair parts, etc., etc. Yeah ... The next few months will certainly be eventfull ... ... and unpredictable... ... for both Ukraine and Russia. I believe that, for the time being, Ukraine has the upper hand and is currently implementing a long planned and very innovative strategy that ... ... it is hoped ... ... will convince citizens of Russia that they need to pressure their government to bring this ill-conceived and unfortunate conflict between neighbors to a peaceful end.

If Ukraine continues to destroy Russia’s oil infrastructure I don’t think the war is going to last a couple of years unless Russia finds an alternative source of fuel. Think about all the Russians trying to get to work everyday. What are they going to do when they can no longer get to work because there’s no fuel. How long will businesses stay open when their workers cannot get to work and they don’t have fuel to put in their delivery trucks. Nobody has that kind of financial reserves to not be able to go to work or ship products for a year or two. In America we like to say that the majority of Americans are one paycheck away from poverty. I don’t think Russia is in any better shape.

This is great!! In Finland we had an air force operation in case some of the drones got lost or diverted by Russia. But apparently no problems! Looks like they have optimized the process! Go Ukrain!!!
