Monday LIVE: In the Heights

Question yall! I have not had an issue watching a reaction before (I believe I have the twerkaholic membership?) but there is a block for early access to watching the in the heights reaction. Is this normal? Sorry not sure how to contact otherwise. Thanks so much :)
