10 Years of 8-bit Music Theory
Last week marked 10 years since I created the channel, and so to celebrate and to thank all of you for supporting the channel I wanted to share my transcriptions from the most popular video of each year from the last 10 years.
It was fun going through the channel and seeing what videos from each year were had the most views! The ones that blow up are never the ones I expect.
Thanks so much for supporting the channel, and here's to another 10 years of 8-bit Music Theory!

Wow, congratulations! I hope you feel proud of your work – looking back on the early vids vs today there's clearly been a lot of growth in both analysis and visual production style. Here's to the next ten!
I've been watching/listening for at least the last six years. Thank you for the great, informative videos!

Can't believe its been ten years! Your videos are always informative and entertaining, thanks for everything!
Congratulations! Feels like I’ve been here the whole 10, or shortly thereafter. Stellar work! I can’t thank you enough for all the inspiration, breakdowns, and clarity on complex (sometimes magnificently simple) works of video game art that bring joy to my life. Here’s to 10 more!
Secondary dominants was the most popular?! I love that.
