I was on Bandcamp this morning and listened to an awesome show by Zoe about modern video game music, some of it was a drag...pretty sucky, but 6 or 7 of the tunes were amazing. I particularly liked Jake Kaufman's tracks. Here's a link to the show on Bandcamp: https://bandcamp.com?show=962&play=1 Might eventually do some chiptunes with trackers on my Patreon but haven't had/made time lately. Not sure what software you're using here but I prefer old school trackers or even sound monitors...but that might be because for many years I was writing 8-bit code on c64 & Atari. Yeah. The Castlevania tunes were the best, and im sure you're aware of the .NSF file rips and player. I loved the Kid Icarus tunes, and of course Metroid, and like you Contra. Thanks for this, just found your Patreon.
Oh. This is for me. So many favorites in this! And Gradius 3! Such an overlooked OST. Thanks for this, learned a lot, as always! <3
