I liked Frozen 2, but I did feel it was very disjointed and weird. The first Frozen was such a tight, character-driven story. When I heard the voice I thought it would end up being, like, an imprisoned spirit or princess and she would become Elsa's love interest. Like her feelings towards her powers in Frozen already felt very gay coded ("Oh no, I have to hide this intrinsic part of myself and it isolates me and fills me with self-loathing"), so I thought it would fit, especially with her longing to find "someone like me" in the first part of Frozen 2. Sidebar: Did anyone else think retroactively making the sisters' mother part of the forest tribe was very weird? Because the forest people had a distinctive ethnic look which Elsa and Ana's mother didn't have at all?
Since I’m more familiar with your work than with Frozen, every time you said ‘Anna’ I pictured Dakota Johnson, which made this even more entertaining somehow.

So I was expecting a lot of water spirit toys in that sick clear plastic...but toys r us (Canada) had one option paired with a too big Elsa that had no way to ride the horse (barbie legs). Super weird.
Yeah, I also expected a lot of horse merch. Like in the style of those 80s She-Ra horses with the translucent plastic, which I coveted as a child. Except today's toys are more advanced so . . . those same horses but with articulated legs.

I like what you did with the thumbnail image. The blurring of the background or changing the depth of field
God, your version of the movie is so objectively superior that when I'm finally forced to watch Frozen 2 I'll by then have completely supplanted it with your version in my mind and constantly be confused by how the movie "isn't like I remember it"
