Last Jedi Premiere
Hey guys, this was a secret before it happened for security reasons (though a few of you guessed) - I went to the Last Jedi premiere!
I can't talk about the movie yet, nor would I want to spoil it for you (see it ASAP, there are a lot of BIG things that can be spoiled for you if you wait). I'll have a real spoiler-filled video that's actually about the movie after it comes out and it's ok to talk about it, but for now I have this short informal vlog from my night there. It was a pretty awesome party.

I just got back from the 7pm midnight premiere (Malaysia is strange) and I can confirm that the movie was very good. The story is a lot more complicated and rich than I was expecting and so I was quite impressed. No spoilers but be forewarned that there is a sequence quite evocative of the prequels which some might find distasteful but I thought was okay. You'll know it when you see it. But yeah there were a lot of surprises and all of them pleased me so I was very satisfied with the movie and I'll probably need to watch it again. There is nothing after the credits.
Can you confirm the leaked plot details going around? We pick up with Rey and Luke on the island, but oh no, Rey is Trapped In An Island With Luke Skywalker because their space boat gets knocked over by a space wave. Luke is Reys favourite Jedi and he harvests wild porg for her when she breaks her leg using the force. Eventually they run out of delicious porg, but it's okay because the island is pretty or something. Anyway, they find a house with food, and this beautiful force user named Rayne is living there because she won a free trip from pod racing. Rayne is so much prettier than Rey and much better at the force, so Luke trains Rayne instead and Rey is cast out and eaten by wild porgs. Just some rumours I heard.
Definitely excited to go see it now! Even worried about spoiling, which I hadn't felt about a movie in quite some time.
So cool!!!
At this point I'm fully expecting you to have a cameo in Rian's new trilogy.
Are we going to get a bingo reveal eventually?
Are you allowed to talk about whether Porgs lived up to your expectations?
Congrats on the invite! Much deserved
