The Orville 1x1 "Old Wounds" | Full Reaction
Captain Mercer finally gets his own ship, but not without a complication or two! I had the best time watching the premiere episode of The Orville!

Hi Chris, that was a lot of fun! I've been meaning to watch this show, so figured I'd watch alongside you. Sorry it's taken me a few months. I loved the tone they took, it's fun, gently parodies Star Trek but in a very affectionate way. The SFX are great too. I look forward to watching the rest of the episodes with you soon!
So glad you enjoyed the first one, I’m nearing the end of season 2 (in real time) and I’m very impressed with where the show is at that point.
It's a very good Star Trek style show, Seth is a big fan and appeared in ST Enterprise, and starts off with 2 characters from Deep Space Nine in the first episode and more ST alumni to come.
perfect birthday gift for me thanks you :) also i love this show, it has one stupid fart joke and after that it stopps trying a parody and becomes a better star trek then anything star trek did since voyager xD
I can see why this show won the poll it's really interesting fun and hopeful show and opening episode loved the different characters visual effects amzeing my fav bit the ships window cleaner so funny thanks for putting Chris and your reaction a joy 😁
