Hello friends!

Meet Gipsy Danger from Pacific Rim - a winner of our community vote. With this composition, we wanted to capture the sheer scale of this enormous Jaeger. Honestly, though, I couldn’t tell you the miniature’s exact scale - I chose the size so that the largest water piece would fit in the printer

Making robots when you mostly work on characters turned out to be a very time-consuming and labor-intensive task. And when it came to “bending” the robot into the pose we wanted, things got even trickier: armor plates and mechanical parts immediately started clipping into one another, so everything had to be adjusted by hand
