1. Where can I find the download links?

If you are a new subscriber, please check your Welcome Note on Patreon

It includes all current download links and Cults3D codes available with your subscription

You can also find this message in your email inbox

Every new release will be sent to active subscribers via Patreon private messages

2. What do I receive after subscribing?

After subscribing, you receive:

  • Current Lineup

  • Starter Pack

  • Every new release during your active subscription

  • Discount on older models on Cults3D

3. What is the Current Lineup?

Current Lineup is a list of models available at the moment you subscribe

When a new model is released, it is added to the Current Lineup, and the oldest model is removed from that list

This means the Current Lineup always consists of the latest available models

4. What is the Starter Pack?

Starter Pack is an additional set of models included with your subscription

New subscribers can find the Starter Pack download link and Cults3D code in the Welcome Note

5. How do new releases work?

Every new model is sent to all active paid subscribers via Patreon private messages

The release message includes:

  • Download link

  • Cults3D code

All links and codes you receive remain available in your Patreon message history

6. How do Cults3D codes work?

A Cults3D code allows you to “purchase” the model on Cults3D with a 100% discount

After activation, the model is added to your Cults3D profile, and you will be able to find it in your Cults3D library

7. My Cults3D code does not work. What should I do?

Please check that:

  • the code was copied correctly

  • there are no extra spaces before or after the code

  • the code matches the correct model

If the code still does not work, send me a direct message on Patreon and I will check it

8. Where can I find older models?

Older models are available in our Cults3D store

Supporter subscribers receive a 30% discount on older models

Commercial License subscribers receive a 50% discount on older models

9. What is the difference between "Supporter" and "Commercial License"?

"Supporter" is for personal use

"Commercial License" includes all Supporter rewards, plus permission to sell physical printed copies of our models while your subscription to this tier is active

"Commercial License" also includes a 50% discount on older models on Cults3D

10. Can I sell printed copies of your models?

Only "Commercial License" subscribers may sell physical printed copies of our models

This permission is active only while your "Commercial License" subscription is active

11. Can I sell or share STL / LYS files?

No.

Selling, sharing, distributing, or reselling STL / LYS / other digital files is strictly prohibited

"Commercial License" applies only to physical printed copies, not to digital files

12. How does the payment and subscription system work?

Patreon uses a subscription system that starts from the date you join

This means your subscription starts on the day you subscribe and renews every month on the same date

You no longer need to wait for the beginning of the month to subscribe. You can join on any day and immediately get access to the models available at that moment

13. How can I suggest a character or vote for future models?

Every month, we open a dedicated post in our Discord server where you can suggest a character for future releases

Patreon polls are available to paid subscribers and allow you to vote for future characters
