The fourth model of the January release

Hello friends!

When I look at this model, the same melody keeps playing in my head over and over again…

I think those of you who have already played through Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 will understand — and even without full context, I don’t think this counts as a spoiler — why Maelle is shown here in this exact outfit and with white hair.

We felt it would be boring to make a standard classic skin for her, so we immediately chose a different path and went with her "alternative" look. It feels more alive and emotional, and that’s exactly how we wanted to see this character in model form.

The pose was also chosen deliberately. This isn’t a specific combat stance, but a fragment taken straight from an animation — the moment when Maelle runs her fingers along the blade before one of her attacks. A small, almost fleeting movement that resulted in an interesting and expressive pose.
