Trim box.

Have been working on the trim box over Christmas. Unfortunately been a lot of sickness personally and with the family.
So despite being desperate to get stuff done it's not been as productive as I hoped recently.

But things coming along. Trim box is staring to take shape and there have been testing on parts for the control stick. It's going to be a bit of work to get right but will be worth it. Not having to get big springs involved and just printing them will be a huge save in simplicity and sourcing parts. But its a bit more involved on the design and testing side.

Hope to resume video production. Work had me set up an office so I could work from home for a project, which has nowhere to be but my workshop. So it's taken up a lot of the limited space. They have to sort that in the next few months.

So I have been doing what else I can.

Anyway the trim box is not just plane twiddling rotory encoders. They are all on gears. Partly as they don't fit in well or at all going straight on the shafts. But also because each knob had a diffremt number of turns to move the range. As per the original spec.

So they are all geard so if you configure the encoder setup to be 1% per pulse. You will get approximately the correct number of turns as original.

Construction will be quite simple. A lot simpler than the throttle.
