What a stunning armor!
looking forward to dressing my tav's/durge's in the outfits :D
I really like the "dress" parts. The pointy bits don't make much sense to me. I am personally not a fan of pointy shoes, these aren't very egregious, but many authors 'take inspiration' from old armor without understanding why it existed. It was largely a fashion/wealth statement, with the pointier the shoes the more wealthy you were because it showed that you could afford to ride everywhere rather than suffer through walking in the things. I kinda like the asymmetrical design, but for a "practical" (I know, fantasy) reason, the pauldron should be swapped, and the other pieces changed based on what sort of weapons they are intended to wield. The side that has most of the armor is the side you will be presenting to the enemy, based on your offensive/defensive implements. For a fencer, speed and the sword itself (via parries) is typically your main defensive implements, so your main hand side would be balanced between armor and flexibility/speed, while if you are going sword and board, the area's that aren't covered by the shield are going to be less armored for weight/speed reasons. With how that pauldron is designed, it would need to be smaller and sit higher on the shoulder to not impede range of motion, which means with it's current design it only makes sense on the opposite shoulder. With a heavier shield, held closer to the body it would be fine, and even makes the knee covered greave make sense, as it would be more open to being attacked while being aggressive.
bruh do you even play the game
Stunning!
fantastic work so far! I especially love the collar piece. My Oathbreaker Tav is crying out for this outfit.
Just need to finish work on the sister piece and it should be out!
