Would you mind commenting more on weird history? I love that channel.
Chris, can you clarify 2 things.... If we watch your video on patron, am I correct you get NO credit on YouTube .... That means ideally we want to watch it again ...or at least let it run again on YouTube to get you credit for the algorithms .... Also Patreon seems to have removed all punctuation functions other than periods ....
That's correct but please don't feel obligated to watch it again on youtube. I appreciate you asking though.

Chris, I like the advanced access to the videos, but I’m curious. Doesn’t that impact the watch time and views on the YouTube channel? Is it beneficial for us to also play it and like it on YT?
If you want to, feel free. But it's a small number of patrons viewing them here so it doesn't have a big impact overall. Please don't feel obligated.
Thanks for the update. Something i wasn’t aware of when i picked one of the higher tiers in the past, when the merch thing popped up and i put in my address and "oh wow, im getting merch?", anyway there was no mention that it took a certain amount of months subscription to get that - and i wasnt expecting it anyway i was just supporting you, was happily surprised then left confused. A bit of clarification on everything is greatly appreciated and im sure will be a help for other new subscribers in the future :)
I blame young people. The phones are rotting their brains. Hey! You kids get offa my lawn!!!......ok, jokes aside......I do think the "phones everywhere" phenomena has affected attention span in lots of folks. Many younger Chinese don't even watch videos at normal speed. They watch at 1.5 or 2 times speed. They often say they don't like watching films in the cinema because when they stream, they can watch the film in 10 to 30 minute bits. Hey, what tier do I have to sign up for to get a recorded message about how wonderful Michigan football is?
