Update: I have decided to keep the page open

I just got back to playing sims and needed shoes for my sims and I was thinking "Who else did I always go to for shoes besides Madlen?' and you popped into my head. You are very missed ad appreciated🩷

Nobody does a better job than you. Your shoes will always be my favorites. I stopped playing The Sims for months, and when I finally could play again, I rushed over to download your work, so thank you so much for keeping your page open. You're the best.

I just discovered you CC today and it is amazing. I have seen some great shoes, but yours blow them away. They are so detailed and very adorable. I want them all for real. lol I'm very sad that you got burnt out on creating things. I know how that can feel. I hope one day your creative spark will come back to you. You have real talent. I'm so happy you kept your Patreon open so people can still discover your work after you have stopped doing it. This is a treasure trove of art that should be appreciated. The people who want to steal someones art should be ashamed of themselves. I can't even begin to imagine how someone can feel good about themselves by claiming they made things that they did not make. Eventually they will run out of the stolen art and they will need to produce more content for their "fans" (who are really fans of the original artist, they have just been conned into believing the thief is the artist) but they will be unable to do so. Every creator has their own distinct style. They can't just steal from someone else and hope that work because it's not going to work. Everyone specializes in something and they have their own flair. Eventually you are caught - especially since everyone will point it out loudly when they see someone doing it. I don't know when or if you will see this, but I hope you are doing well. This sucks because there is no other creators out there who know how to get the foot size perfect like you (not to mention the shoes themselves look great), and some creators leave behind an ugly seam line on the ankle...

I don't get to go shopping much in real life but browsing through your amazing shoes feels like this missed out on spark of joy to me, like I get to actually experience going to the mall and looking at a ton of amazing shoes and all of them are magically the right size. I was so sad to see all the content lost, and as I am currently traveling in another state I wouldn't be able to download any of it before your closing. selfishly this decision makes me very happy. but I'm also so glad to not lose such amazing content within the Sims community
