Interview with Kevin Hines
So this was part of an unreleased interview I did with Kevin Hines. For those that don't know, Kevin Hines attempted to end his life back in 2000 by jumping off the Golden Gate bridge but was rescued and kept afloat by a sea lion. 23 years later, he's a mental health advocate, bestseller writer, motivational speaker, and one of the most down to Earth people I've had the pleasure of talking to. Here he speaks on his mindset before and after, provided words of wisdom, and even had a special shoutout for Herbert the sea lion. I know this isn't the usual wildlife content you guys expect but I hope you all get something from this conversation we shared.
ps. Please ignore my awful audio quality, my mic was not cooperating. Besides the important stuff is coming from Kevin lol

Great interview. Yes I remember that story. I have my friends were talking about what an amazing sea lion he happened to come across that day.
Great story. Audio and video were both great. You're a beautiful young man. You look like my nephew. 😊
Wow what a story! Thanks for this video. <3
Awesome video, sound was fine
This was such a cool interview👍🏽 I enjoyed it and had no problem watching it nor with the audio. The video popped up small so I just pinched the screen and made it bigger. After that it was easier on my eyes 🫶🏽
Do we know why the sea lion saved him instead of attacking?
No idea at all. He actually thought it was a shark at first and tried punching it and it still didn’t attack him
That was an incredible interview. I’m going to have to look this up because I am unfamiliar with his story. Thank you for sharing it!
Please do! He’s honestly amazing and it’s crazy to think if it wasn’t for some random sea lion, the world would’ve lost him
Also, let me know if there’s any trouble viewing the video, Vimeo’s been weird lately
