Happy Holidays!

Hey guys! I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Sorry, I went radio silent for a few days. I've been busy with some IRL stuff and, of course, working on the update. Speaking of which, I'm really sorry to say I can't finish the update this month. I really tried, but I think I wasted a lot of time on the environments, especially the girl's home.

Also, I added some detail to the barn back there. There are some scenes where the character looks out from inside the house, and I tried to attach some interior to it.

After looking at the default layout of the house asset, I realized that was a bad idea, but I still thought it'd look so much better if I managed to do it, at least for the living room, dining room, and kitchen, and just make some walls with doors for two bedrooms and a bathroom, and cut to a room asset when we do some cool stuff with the ladies.

So the plan was to export it to Blender, tear it apart, go back to Daz because I'm still a noob in Blender, and put everything together like Legos. That way, I can also make the house a bit bigger for the extra space I wanted, since the default layout's living room is so small. I don't think I can make some movie night scenes in that space...

And I managed to set up the kitchen, dining room, and a couch for a start in the living room. I still have two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a staircase to the golden girl's room (Jenah).

And here's the room. It's still a WIP. I'm still making a few changes in it, but this is what I've done so far.

And another thing I'm still working on is the mayor's mansion, which is also MC's home. Here's a preview. I still need to add a few things to this, like a shed on the side, some parking area, and a gazebo or something in the front.

Out of all this, the home asset really gave me a headache. I'm also working on a few more things right now. You'll see them all in-game. And for the script, it's all done, but I tend to make a few changes as I render scenes to add some elements depending on the surroundings the characters are in.

So yeah, that's it for now. I really hoped to give you all an update on Christmas with Mike O'Hearn carrying a gift box GIF, but goddamn...

For now, I'm delaying the release to mid- or late January, and of course, it'll be free since it's part of the Prologue. I'm really, really sorry, guys.
