Three years ago I started having panic attacks. It feels like my heart is trying to claw its way out of my chest. I finally found a great psychiatrist and now have medication to treat them, but not stop them from happening. Your art, along with some others, has actually been a great place to get out of my own head and disassociate for small spells. Just thought I'd share that with you. Much love 🙂
