I had an idea to do a little pair of audios for pain comfort. One where the listener was experiencing pain and the other a reverse comfort where I was experiencing pain.

Thank you so much, I have Chronic Pain Syndrome that was bearable until the treatment for another health issue forced me to abandon my pain management plan for six months. Pain spiked so high, I was unable to sleep and I was thinking about solutions I shouldn't have.. This audio allowed me to focus enough to get to sleep faster and stay asleep more than two hours. Before that, I couldn't sleep more than an hour per night and it went on for months. Edit: I listened to the reverse comfort version and I went through the same process. I've been dealing with my CPS for 20 years. When the pain started, they could not figure out what was causing it. I spent 18 months rotating narcotics every three weeks. I ended up having to have four pain management surgeries every year (the nerves grow back I'm up to 35 or 40 surgeries so far). The one saving grace was I was in the military and they were required to fix me. After this most recent pain flare, for my muscle guarding, I carry my tension in my jaw, shoulders, cervical spine, forearms and calves. Thank you for what you do and I hope you were able to get relief from your chronic pain.
